I'm just gonna name some off the top of my head that I really liked over the course of my gaming years.
* Tales of Symphonia * Mega Man X8, Mega Man X Command Mission, and Mega Man Maverick Hunter X along with the Day of Sigma OVA. * Sonic Adventure 2 * Saints Row: The Third and Saints Row 4 * Elder Scrolls Skyrim * Star Fox 64 (Face it. The voice acting was pretty good despite it inspiring memes.) * Fire Emblem series * Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest,...Okay. A lot of things done by Square Enix. * Ace Attorney series * Borderlands 2 * WarioWare

One I came across fairly recently that I was SUPER impressed with was "Captive Audience" by Captive Minds on itch.io The dialogue sounded very real to me, and not "actor-y".
Also both Portal games, of course.
Generally speaking, I'm fonder of voice acting in games like those, where they're *fully* voice acted, because voices turning on and off for cut scenes (usually, not always) tends to ruin my suspension of disbelief. It's hard for me to switch from heard-voices to head-voices.
I have to give my props to: -Pretty much all Square Enix games (Kingdom Hearts is the best though) -Persona 5 -Fire Emblem: Awakening -Tales of Xillia and Berseria (My most favorite casts) -Overwatch (For its insane diversity) -Uncharted -Nier: Automata

viroth: Hey. I am 13 years old. I can only do work in private (my home). All work is free. Moderate stage acting quality is expected. I want to do my demo reel, but I don't have any ideas of what I should read for it. Any tips are useful!
