I LOVE the concept of starting out cheerful, and shifting it to sound more and more "off" and creepy as the clip goes on, but I think (and this is some of the best advice I ever got in my life, a while back) you don't go all-in with the character's second (evil) personality, and it would be awesome if you did. Be a little, no, WAY more over-the-top with it. Subtlety will come with practice.(Though there IS something to be said for the subtle approach too. I REALLY like the demo concept!) hulahulamoocow.com/auditionbin/sinclairdemon2.wav(I'm not suggesting you do a bunch of different voices, as in my file here, I'm just doing it for effect to illustrate.) Also, you have a very nice voice. Take care of it, train it, and you'll do great things!

Adding on to this thread now! After classes with some very awesome people, I was given advice (by a damn good voice actor you all probably know of) to try and perfect kid voices and little boy voices and to try and get that 'dumber" effect kids tend to have with their voice. This is the sound I've come up with after playing around with it. vocaroo.com/i/s0soBmsS67hH
