Welcome to the VAC. If I could ask, what made you switch over to not do fandubs? Was it getting more serious into acting? I think it's great that you are getting serious into voice and regular acting, definitely need more of those online.

The Good
minute demo reel, nice. I've seen demos that were 6 minutes long, sheer insanity! No slate at the start of the demo reel...thank you...and for the nonbelievers out there, yes I see his name is Kevin Paculan on the video and no I don't need to hear or see his name again, cut right to the point. The bad and In betweenClicks in your mouth. Use a green apple to clear those out. Don't eat before doing voice overs as well because it will have clicking too...the clicking of food to mouth. Cursing, cursing in no bueno in demo reels. Things like "damn, hell, heck" and other PG-ish curse words are fine, but nothing like "shit, fuck, or bumfuckery!" All seemed to blend together, vocal wise. Be sure to add some other types of voices. What other types of voices can you do? Do you make fun of your boss at work? I know I have and it's definately opens up the door for some funny and unique voices. Heck, even driving in the car, making random voice noises could help and discover something about your range! Give it a shot. Slow it down as well, all these words are money, be sure to drive them Also, while it will take time, be sure to not read off the script and mentally remember the line. You can do it sentence per sentence just as long as it flows neatly and keeps the pitch and tone. Once again, it will take time to do so. 2nd to last line is interesting because I did that audition too! Now, for me, I did that line as if I was in a blizzard. I believe the direction was something like "yelling in a blizzard" or something like that. I imagined myself being in a really cold and windy blizzard and just yelled out because the wind was whipping too fast to conversate normally. Me and my sister were cold and tired and we needed to get to shelter or else we would have been icepops. Imagine yourself in the situation the director calls for in the scene. Definitely keep up the work and don't give up on your dreams.

I think my niche is doing villains as well, plus who wouldn't want to be the bad guy! They blow stuff up and cause chaos! (nobody has time to be a goody goody hero lol) Welcome to the boards!
