Hey Jim! I like what I hear in these demos. The one thing I would probably consider doing in your commercial demo is cutting down the fade outs as they are a little long and leave too much empty space between points where you talk. Other than that, good job.

It's great to see you here, Jim! Crazy to think we both first crossed paths over 10 years ago! You've always been a swell guy with outstanding talent.
A couple notes on the character reel, which I still really enjoyed.
- Intros on a character demo like that are generally something we don't do when aiming for a professional vibe. If you want to say more than *just* your name, don't be straightforward and plain about it. Do it with flair and have an intro that evokes a lot of personality or humor to grab your listener's attention right off the bat. - This demo is a really strong showing of vocal range and acting instincts, but a lot of your characters are relatively chill as far as your energy and projection levels go. Somewhere along the line, ideally early on, I'd want to hear just how emotionally big and intense you're capable of being when you go all out.
Also, don't have other actors of the same gender show up in your reels. There were a couple times in the video where I believe a character was voiced by someone else. You don't want to be asked to re-create a voice in your demo, only to have to explain that it was someone else.
