Done with Kyuranger (41st Sentai), now watching Lupinranger vs Patroranger (42nd Sentai (plural)) along with Pop Team Epic.
-Doomwar, aka Triple B, aka Big Black Bruiser Creator and only Video Game Reviewer of the not-so-popular Triple B Show Youtube Channel, also one of the long time members of the VAC. For those asking what kind of accent I'm speaking, it's an Estuary-style Boston accent, not an Australian accent.
Was traveling and other busy things for the last couple months, so I had fallen behind on shows. I just got caught up on The Librarians (which apparently released a whole season of episodes since December), now I'm catching up on Star Trek, then I need to catch up on Dirk Gently. So Much Shows!
I also want to watch more of Electric Dreams (I've seen the first four, I think?), but that one will take a while because my wife did not like it and my solo TV watching time is v limited. It always feels like a waste to not combine TV watching time with bonding time, since those are so easy to multitask together. BUT, my son is too young to watch it, and my girlfriend would rather play video games when we have alone time, and that's basically everyone I spend time with these days, so I may never see it. ;D The Same thing happened to Man in the High Tower. I really liked that one, but I've still only seen the first episode because no one will watch it with me. :/

Can't stop watching pre-recorded episodes of Pop Team Epic on my DVR. I blame Hathor for getting me into it. XD
Ever since I got a new TV when I moved into my new house, I was marathoning Fairy Tail and Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood on Netflix. I need to get back into seeing Little Witch Academia. Been meaning to see that one.
I'm also enjoying My Hero Academia. It's become one of my new top favorite animes.
Seth Lycoris: hey! How are you guys?

vytamind: I'm a fairly new voice actor myself but my starter mic that I have been practicing with for the past year or so is the rode nt1-a. From my research, it seems so to be a popular first choice for lots of people

lanieuwer: Okay follow up... realistically, will I be able to find something decent, that won't sound like garbage in the $60-$120 mic range? I know you that if you want quality, you have to pay for it, but I just don't want to break the bank

lanieuwer: in case it turns out I hate voice acting (unlikely) or I'm just too lousy to be successful (more likely)

vytamind: The thing is that it is more about the quality of the sound than your level of acting or performance. Good equipment with a well-treated environment goes a long way

vytamind: there may be good prices on mics somewhere. Maybe even looking at pre-owned equipment?
