Happy New Year! So, I've only been cast in one completed project so far (and another one that's in the works!), but I am hopeful that I will have a lot of roles this year. How do people typically keep track of all of their roles/credits? I'd like to have something that I can update as I move along. I saw someone used "WikiFoundry", should I use that? Thanks for any advice!

I don't really have anything to showcase myself yet (I only just got my first role myself!), but something that's made pretty clear these days is to have two or three of your more well-known/most accomplishing roles front and center on your social media bios (like Twitter, for instance).
You want people and potential clients to see that stuff immediately to make a strong impression. Having a complete listing elsewhere certainly helps, though.

Personally I use a Google Doc to host my Resume and a YouTube Playlist to host a watchable list of much of it. That being said, I really need to take the time to make a website for myself.

Yeah, I am excifed to do more projects and get a nice list going. Good idea. I don't use Twitter, but I'll figure it out.

That looks awesome! That's so cool. I'd love to be part of an ongoing project. Google docs is a good idea. The playlist idea is cool, too. The second project I will be in will be on Youtube! Great ideas.

I've got my website www.AlexanderDoddy.com which has my demo's etc... My Spotlight page www.spotlight.com/5218-9055-8633 which I'm embedding in my website soon, it doesn't have all of my credits (some of my audio work is under a pseudonym and some of my film work is just.... awful so it doesn't make the lists on there)

I have some of my major credits listed directly on my website, but I keep my resume in a PDF file which I can easily update as needed. This can be printed at any moment or sent to a client if they ask for a resume, but I also link to it from my site (as in, "to view Kira's full resume, click here." It's easier to update the doc on my computer periodically and then upload it to the server since to be honest I'm rather lazy about updating my actual website. For roles in projects that are not yet completed or are under NDA, you can create a private file in Notepad or just using notes on your phone to keep track of project name / character / estimated release date (so you know when to start checking up on if it's out yet). I've done projects where I couldn't announce for a whole year and sometimes if I played multiple characters, I couldn't remember which ones I played!

I have a website whose "résumé" section is in bad need of updating. I thought it'd be fun to have short clips of everything I was in and I'm realizing 5 years later that it now needs to be updated, pruned and curated. XD
I think Kira's idea of a PDF file is AWESOME.
And for website purposes I wonder if it couldn't be hybridized to the same layout format with clickable sound links.

Kira's also right about keeping a list. One time I got congratulated by castmates, had my name put up on the game's IMDB page, went and watched a playthrough of the game and STILL COULDN'T REMEMBER WHO THE H### I PLAYED in it!
EDIT: IMDB was no help. I was just billed as "voices."
