I am, oddly enough, not inspired by a lot of voice actors, (though I do hope to be at their level some day.) One that does come to mind, however, is Bradley Dee Baker.

My inspiration is Ai Fairouz. She's an absolute icon, and her story inspired me to put in everything I can.
She got into voice acting because of Jojo, just like me. Also like me, she studied at a school, and learned how to perform amazingly. She's two years into her career, and she landed the role of Jolyne Kujo. I've always been afraid to enter the industry, because I'm so young, and there are so many other qualified voice actors out there. But she made it, even though Jolyne already had a Japanese voice from another, more established voice actress. Even though she's much earlier in her career, she got the role because she's a great actress, despite being newer.
I want to be like her. That's why I'm practicing as hard as I can, taking classes, and learning everything I can about the industry. She's a newbie just like me, and she made it. If she can land a good role despite being new, I think I can too.

I've found that the advice offered by Pat Fraley (Krang/TMNT) has been both useful and easily applicable. You can find many of his videos on voice acting on YouTube.
