Attention to all supporters & voice actors!
We wanted to have Annette Toutonghi make her first English anime voice debut. To those that you may all want to know, Annette is an actress from Seattle, Washington, who is known Freddi Fish in the Freddi Fish game series and Penelope from Sly Cooper. And also, she mostly does theater work.
Here are the links that show her information and resume:
Uh, here's a question. Does she actually want this? Does she actually care about anime? You mention she mostly does theatre work. That'd probably be because that's what she likes doing best.
You should probably actually ask her what her opinion on doing that kind of thing is first, before creating a petition to try to get her to do it. Making a petition like this is kind of weird, honestly.

Yeah, I've got to agree with the other mods on this one. There are plenty of reasons that a voice actor may not be working in anime (location, pay rate, schedule/commitment to other projects, personal preference, you name it). Location is likely to be a big factor with the actress in question---anime isn't dubbed in Seattle; it's pretty much all LA and Texas (with a limited amount in Vancouver using actors who are Canadian citizens, but I don't even see much anime dubbed there anymore.) Given the schedules required for these type of projects, actors who live outside of these areas are rarely utilized for that type of media.
Online petitions also have little to no, if any, influence in casting. Clients and casting directors want to choose the most fitting actor for the role and will send out auditions to actors in their database, then make a decision from there. Fan opinions rarely come into play unless it's a case of, perhaps, it being down to two similar sounding actors for a role and them going with the one who has more marketing potential. Unless she is living in an area where anime is done (LA or Texas, namely) and connected with the dubbing studios in question, this isn't likely to happen. I'm sure that if anime is something she is actually interested in doing, she'll take the steps in question.
