I'm trying to build my experience by finding things to act and audition for and I'm sure there's a lot of other people trying to do the same as well. But it feels like yelling into the wind sometimes. So I was thinking about starting a short little audio-drama pod cast with some other actors trying to gain experience.
Problem: I don't know the first thing about producing podcasts , so this would by a learning process for everyone involved. What do you guys think however?

Well, if you want my opinion, you should go for it! There's quite a bit involved with making a show, but hey, dummies like me do it, how hard could it be?
There's just a few things to consider: developing a premise, writing, recording, casting, coordinating talent, directing, editing, publishing, finding a hosting service (or six), uploading, updating and then publicizing. Good show runners have to do this stuff--usually on their own, too, unless they're Kevin Smith or Chris Hardwick.
When you have a show premise you really, really believe in, the rest comes easy. All it takes then is time. If you have that time, and more importantly, a show premise that you know folks are gonna love if you can just get it out to them, you're set!
