We're multinational indie dev team developing www.rawconcretegame.com/
We need an older African American male to voice the Guest lines (wip but more or less that's it) shown below for a fictional TV news station, as a military analyst.
Here's an example video of another news channel report: vimeo.com/396154001
If we can find a decent actor for free, excellent, if not, we'll look further with pay offering (if you are an older black guy and interested in paid option only, email your rates) and if that doesn't go well, we'll have the white guy instead for which we already have a voice.
Here's the guest, the black guy to be animated: ibb.co/j4Y9c2T and the place where the news clip will play.
Anchor: ...speaking of it, we talked earlier with a military analyst who explained to us exactly what instruments these helicopters will carry and what measurements will they perform on the ULO. Here's what he had to say:
Guest: ...This is a French military operation carried out in coordination of land and air forces and done in cooperation with the prestigious French National Center for Scientific Research or CNR. As you and your viewers know, the repeated requests by many other nations, including those allied to France, for this operation to be carried out cooperatively with some other nations, have failed. The Frace is solely in charge of the situation. The operation has 2 main objectives; learning as much as possible about this mysterious object and providing security for the population beneath it as well as beyond. As for the ULO itself, the objectives are, first to attempt to communicate with this possibly extraterrestrial object and then to find out physical and chemical properties of it. To do latter these aicrafts will carry a versatile set of science instruments which will first perform various non-invasive measurements and then some potentially quite dangerous invasive ones.
Anchor: Are there any existing protocols in place for situations like this?
Guest: Believe it or not and as we witnessed there is no global action plan, nor there exist any French government protocols for dealing with situations like this one. None. So the French had to create a set of procedures post-arrival, in a hurry and that's not good. We'll see what happens.
Anchor: Let's go into specifics of the ULO part of the operation, what can you tell us?
Guest: The plan is to approach the ULO in steps, instead of immediately positioning very close to it. First they'll attempt to communicate with the ULO from a distance, from the ground and then from the air using various visual, audio and radio signals. If they receive no response from the object, they'll begin with some of the non-invasive measurements and then proceed on with the second approach cautiously and continue with measurements as they do so, finally get really near the ULO to complete the analysis.
The radiation detectors for example, will determine if there are perhaps charged particles or radiation coming from the object. They will also carry various advanced high resolution cameras that will take hi-res pictures and videos of the object from far and up close, in visible light, but also in ultraviolet and infrared light. For instance, if the object's size changes even a little bit, they'll be able to detect it and so on. On board would also be special spectrographs, and it will be very interesting to see what they'll tell us since the object is extremely black and clearly emits little to possibly no light whatsoever.
Anchor: So, we're talking about attempting communication, doing non-invasive measurements followed by some invasive ones at a later time?
Guest: Exactly. The operation will culminate in a special drone probe being launched toward the ULO from one of the helicopters, which will approach the ULO and make a physical contact in order to do some invasive measurements too, if possible. This final action is of course the most interesting and the most dangerous part of the whole operation because no one really knows what will happen...CUT
