Hi everyone!
My name is Price Everett. I'm 23 years old and currently living in Alabama. Doing voices and acting has always been something that I've enjoyed doing. While I didn't participate in my University's theater program, I was incredibly active in my high school's theater program and have always loved performing as different characters. In college, my focus shifted primarily to media creation and broadcasting, and I had a radio show that I did for nearly two years.
Doing that radio show, on top of now having graduated college, caused me to do a lot of reflecting. I realized that what I love doing is using my voice to entertain, whether it is through commentary or through playing a character. This realization made me remember my old love of acting from high school. Well, you take a re-inspired love of acting and a love of voice-work, add in some serious introspection due to a global pandemic and other factors going on in your life, and you realize that what you really want to do is voice act. I want to bring a character to life like so many great VO actors have done for me. I can't think of anything more rewarding and fun than that!
That's why I finally decided to take the leap and finally dive in to communities like this one, as it is the first step of many for me to realize my goal of being a professional voice over performer. I'm really looking forward to hearing, learning, and talking to all of you.
As far as my equipment goes, I have a Yeti USB microphone and a pop filter, and use Adobe Audition to record and edit my audio.
