Quest Scientist
A minor but extra. He was killed in the movie version.
Sample Lines:

Harry Osborn
Peter’s best friend and the son of Norman Osborn.
Sample lines:
Dad, what are you doing?
How can you say that? You hardly know her.
He was the only real family to me, Peter. And Spider-Man murdered him. And one day—one day, he’s gonna pay for what he did to me.
J.Jonah Jameson
An editor of the Daily bugle and Peter’s boss. He has a grudge against Spider-Man appearing on his page as he sees him as a menace rather than a hero.
Sample lines:
Robbie—for the last time don’t call that Weasley wall crawler a hero in our headlines!
Why can’t I be surrounded by yes-men like other bosses?
Robbie Robertson
An employee at the Daily bugle who works for J.J.
Sample Lines:
Get real, J.J! What else would you call someone who saved everybody on that tram?
Well, most of our readers love this one.
Hospital Doctor
A doctor who assured Peter that aunt May will be ok after her attack.
Sample lines:
She’s had a bad shock, son. But I think she’ll pull through.
Mary Jane Watson
Peter’s love interest and she has known Peter since they were kids.

In a pig’s eye you will, you creeps!
I think it’s best that I leave.
You saved me—and the tram.

One of the defenders stopping the green goblin to give Spider-Man time to save Mj and the tram.
