I am making a series of animated children's fantasy movies. They star the character of Mr. H.M. Wogglebug T.E. who is a very lovable and intelligent human sized insect. The series of movies has him go on adventures in the land of Genoma and our world with his friend a little girl named Sylvie. On their way they learn a lot about life from each other. The Wogglebug's journey ultimately makes him become the biggest hero he can become by the end.
His voice sounds young, charming and lively, warm and friendly, educated and refined, sweet and kindly, and most importantly he sounds like an insect because that is what he is. So, I also imagine his voice sounds chirpy like a cricket or cicada. And I would prefer for his voice to be as close as possible a match to the previous voice for him in the video below.
I am looking for a professional voice actor for his voice who has a lot of experience and can sing and sometimes improvise.
His audition line is "Good morning. My name is Mr. H.M. Wogglebug T.E. and that means I am highly magnified and thoroughly educated. And I am. If I do say so myself (laughs) His laugh sounds like "hee-hee-hee."
The deadline for auditions is January 6, 2023.
