Hello, friends!
My name is Nicholas Andrew Louie and I'm a New York based Voice Actor and Impressionist.
I'll admit, I was never a member of the original VAC. I checked it out for auditions, but never bothered making an account. Lazy, I guess? Haha. I was primarily a member of the VAA for several years under the username Lionfayt, but I ditched the name when I decided to want to seem more "professional". xD
I started doing the online VO thing back in 2004 and made an account on the VAA officially in 2005. Stayed there till around 2011, when I got my first decently paid indie game role, then decided to venture forth into the more professional world of voice acting (albeit, still relying heavily on the online aspect of it all). Having since did a number of animations, games, trailers, etc.
Some of the things I've voiced in: How It Should Have Ended, Marvel Avengers Academy, Anna's Quest, Immortal Empire, The Hillywood Show, Geek By Night, The Elysium Project, Vanity High, MASHED, Regalia: Of Men And Monarchs, and stuff!
My demo is currently in production, so... I mean, I don't really have much to post here. xD I'm also throwing together a visual reel soon.
I recently did something I called the "12 Days Of Voicemas" for the holidays, you can check out the playlist here:
www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLl7eqdW9ZyEMJHdzKLCyOjPcURYu0zHTo
You can also follow me on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook as well!
In my spare time, I work on more things. I don't know what spare time is. Hahaha. I've got a lot of personal projects in the works that I hope to show you guys one day. BUT, when I do take breaks, I'm usually playing PS4 (Overwatch, currently!), watching Kamen Rider/Super Sentai, Netflixing it up (Marvel shows mainly, though I do wanna check out The Crown one of these days), and collecting figures.
With alllll that said, in an extremely lengthy way, these are my final thoughts:
I owe a lot to the VAA and those formative years I spent there. Made great friends, contacts, grew as a person and actor. It was good times. Haha. I hope for this VAC revival to leave that kind of impact on the growing generations of Voice Artists, as the VAA did for me.
I'll see you all around!
