Here's chiika's My Boyfriend Is A Pilot English cover to celebrate 35 years of Macross and produced by myself.

Originally released in 1982 as its full name of Super Dimension Fortress Macross, it is one of my favourite mecha anime series thanks to its catchy music, captivating stories, relatable characters, unique action sequences and transforming mecha.
This insert song was originally done by Lynn Minmay in the anime that was also featured in the Macross Do You Remember Love film and was later covered in Macross Frontier. Since could not use the original instrumental off vocal nor could not get a commission. Had the idea of using the Super Robot Wars Alpha instrumental and combining it with English lyrics.
Lyrics wise had to change some in order for them to make sense but Caroline Gordon and Koko did their best not to stray away from the meaning of the original song e.g. We could not fit My Boyfriend Is A Pilot as it will be sound weird. Along with chiika doing her own interpretation rather than copying the original singer.
On top, I got Kitty Honey Cosplay permission to use her Misa Hayase cosplay for graphic and PockyPrincessDarcy cosplay permission to use her Lynn Minmay cosplay for thumbnail.
