Hello,
When I am recording tracks for voice over in audacity, I notice two arrows at the left side of the tracks. When I align the tracks after using noise reduction for room noise I notice that there is about a split second of room noise that wasn't reduced with the tool and I have to edit it out.
Why does audacity leave a part of the track unseen at the left edge and what can I do about that?
Thanks,
- Chase

I've never noticed this. Does it do it with all projects? Can you give a screenshot of what's happening?

When I use the time shift tool, I have to manually pull the hiding end out. Otherwise when I use the align tracks tool it spits them out but I stll have to edit out the segments.
