Hi there! I'm Andres Tomas Gonzalez-Comerford but that's too long, so everyone just calls me "A.T.". Yeah, just do that. Or maybe you might know me by my other aliases Andrew Hartford, Ryan Baltar and Y*********x.
I'm originally from Pennsylvania, lived in Venezuela for a year, spent most of my life in Florida and have lived the past 5 years in the general Houston, Texas area.
I was on the older VAC as a staff member and was active doing voices for various (generally low key) projects on Newgrounds from 2004 until about 2009 when a lot of personal problems put a stop to that. I was encouraged by several of my peers to give it another shot so I started again in 2012. You can hear me as Nicky in the short by Nicky Wibisono "Tick Tick" or as the Interviewer in another short of his "Toxic Waste Management". I also had minor roles in the freeware Visual Novel Game Red (you'll need to Google it) by Nazhirah Rahmin (ZeeChan) and in episode 16 of the Desert Gems podcast. I tend to get recruited for projects looking for narration. If you're in the Houston area, you might have heard me do promotions for local fairs and if you work for HP, you might have heard me doing a promotion for a YMCA-HP volunteer event.
These days, I do a little bit of everything. I've taken online classes with Marc Graue (aka the voice of all male characters in Hotel Mario and one of the most respected demo producers in the LA area) and Bill Brooks (whose major clients include American Airlines and some audiobook producer whose name escapes me). I've been experimenting with music production for the past two years. I am currently taking a sound engineering certification course and I need to get ready for an internship soon to be fully certified. When we're not working or going to school, me and my brother, Sam Gonzalez do film-making which is a passion of ours. You can see our work at our shared YouTube channel which is also our family business SoftwareAgentsCorp. It's largely video game related but we're trying to expand to other venues like short films and rap videos. I do my own video editing services on the side and if you have any inquires about that or voice over, you can contact me at atgonzalez001@yahoo.com. I also love to critique peoples demos.
See you on the boards and all of the other corners of The Twilight Zone aka the Internet.
