This demo reel has some of my favorite voices I enjoy doing. Ranging from an evil mastermind, small humanoids(goblins), and your stereotypical rednecks be it a car repair man, and a weird neighbor. This is my first demo reel and would love to here feedback from the community and hopefully find some one who would like me in a project. Thanks for checking me out!

Congratulations on showing more ambition and chutzpah than most people ever do.
However, you're making a mistake I made early on: adding intros and outros. I thought I was being "original" and "showing "personality." Actually it's just amateur. When agents or buyers are sorting through these, they want to be hit with your best thing in the first few seconds, and they'll either stick with you or move on. You've GOT to get rid of the intro and outro.
Secondly, this is too obviously homemade. The volume is low, it's muddy, and there are lots of "plosives" (exploding b's and p's). On the third cut the music is louder than your voice, on the fourth there is distortion when you get loud. I'm usually opposed to spending hundreds or even thousands on demos, but on the other hand, you'll need to learn two skills at once: audio engineering AND voice acting. Find someone who can record this properly.
At 1:21 it's also a bit long. One minute to cover your highs and lows should do it. The fifth and sixth cuts just sounded like you trying to do a character, rather than an actual person. Shorten the demo by getting rid of that stuff. One near the end was sort of like Michael J. Fox doing Clint Eastwood, which I sorta liked.
But as I say, I get the feeling you're probably in your teens, so it's fantastic you're making this effort. You'll find, as you go through life, that you will know people who will talk forever about what they're going to do one day, and then one day you'll both be 40 and they'll never have taken this single step you've taken. So pat yourself on the back for that and keep going.
