Can somebody help me place this accent?
I'm English and I want to try and develop this American accent. Can somebody tell me what area this is most similar from the USA? Maybe some actors/voice actors who talk like this so I can study them?

I would say, Brooklyn New York. But hey, I'm not American!  The easiest American accent for you would probably be the Transatlantic accent (https://youtu.be/cwf8IHpEgFY) but from what I've heard, it is used only in videogames and maybe some cartoons. Or you might take your time and try to develop the General American accent gradually. But it will not be quick. |

I'd say, Boston? Mainly because of the soft R's, and how you said "Shit".
I'd watch Good Will Hunting. Specifically the Matt Damon and Ben Affleck scenes.

Is this you? If it is I would guess your base is Australian based on the dialogue after August in the scripting. The beginning starts off very general American if that’s what your looking for. If not the entire script doesn’t seem to be any specific American accent that I can hear. I hope that helps.
