I'm just getting started with voiceover stuff. I just sent a guy a voice sample and while he likes my voice he commented that he's only getting audio from the left side in my recording. After a little messing around, I'm pretty sure it's a hardware issue, as my computer mic is picking up left and right side audio just fine. I have an Audio-Technica AT2020 hooked up to a Scarlett Solo. What is the issue here??

Are you recording in stereo or in mono? If you're recording in stereo it may be recording into the left channel while the right channel stays silent!

If you record in stereo and somehow have audio on both channels it's just the same on both sides and there's absolutely no need, and it makes your files 2x the size they need to be.
