This is the wrong board to ask in, but the likelihood on finding authentic accents is pretty tricky since the Reality is Unrealistic trope is pretty much in effect here. As most people, aside from linguists, dialect coaches, and phonetic hobbyists, have different perspectives on what's authentic and what's not depends almost entirely on who or where they hear the accent from.
Anyway, for your question on your Male American accent:
Since General American and Canadian have the most variants and they tend to sound similar to each other. With that said, they're also the easiest to fake (thanks to exposure from movies and music that are sung in General American/Canadian) so not everyone can easily tell that they are fake. So realistically speaking, it's likely to have an authentic General American accent, but there's still a good chance that the guy is using General Canadian or is faking it. Unless you're referring to the regional accents, especially ones that were General accents themselves (like the Boston accents, or the Virginian-style Southern accents), it's very likely that they're authentic accents but you'll probably mistake them for fakes. Heck, even if you hear my Boston accent, you'll probably think it's fake too.

Not enough info. There are a lot of factors:
1. Do you have funds to pay voice actors/people to find voice actors with those accents?
2. Do the roles require high acting ability, or will regular people grabbed "off the street" work?
3. How quickly do you need the roles filled?
4. Once filled, how quickly do these need to be recorded?
5. How important is mic/sound quality to you?
6. How fluent do your voice actors need to be in English?
7. How regionally specific must the accents be? For example, will any "African accent" work? Does it need to be a specific region? How small an area? There are thousands of languages spoken there, so I'd imagine the accents would vary at least *somewhat*.
8. How long/involved are the roles? Do you just need a sentence of two? A novella's worth from each voice?
9. Do you have any way to judge the authenticity of accents for the audio submissions you receive? In short, how will you know if they're fake?
You can try finding college students who are studying abroad from those countries. You could try using Craigslist (or its local equivalent) and posting in the native area of an accent you want (assuming it's in English or you speak the language or can find someone who does.) Ditto trying Fiverr. You can try just throwing an audition thread out there on this site and/or others and trying your luck with the responses (the more sites the better, probably). Some accents may be easier to find than others, depending on where/how you look.

I'd be faking the Scottish accent. But I do happen to know a Norwegian girl well I could get hold of, if you're interested.

Well, the script isn't even complete yet, so not for awhile. I let folks work at their own pace. =) Comprehensible, at least. Doesn't matter. Again, it doesn't matter to me. 10 episodes of a mini-series, I don't know how much that is gonna be exactly. Well, if I can tell, then it's not good enough. I'd be faking the Scottish accent. But I do happen to know a Norwegian girl well I could get hold of, if you're interested. Thanks. =3 The script isn't written yet, so I'm not looking to actually cast anybody just yet, but when I do that would be great.. If she's interested, that is. =)

It's possible, but some of those will for sure be more difficult than others (for example, I know we have members of this board with authentic British and Australian accents, but I haven't come across African, Samoan, or Norwegian.) When you have your materials ready, you could post the project and specify that you would prefer native/authentic accents, and also expand your reach to as many casting sites as possible or even put out social media posts encouraging people to share recommendations if they know anyone who has these accents and is willing to audition for a free project.
